getting smokable cocaine from cocaine hydrochloride aqueous solution?

I am not a scientist but I'm curious...what would be the easiest way to create a smokeable product directy from a cocaine hydrochloride aqueous solution?

You need to add a base to the solution (lye perhaps) which will cause the cocaine freebase to disassociate with the hydrochloride. Since the freebase isn't water soluble it will precipitate out and you can then extract it by filtering or with a nonpolar solvent.

Lye is too strong a base, it'll hydrolise the ester, ammonia is better.
