You CANNOT get even 1 refill on a C-II drug.I go to a pain management doctor to get my methadone and he has to write me 2 scripts for methadone.The first one can be filled that day and the second says "To be filled in 4 weeks or more".You can get refills on C-III and C-IV but NO refills on a schedule 2 nacotic. A schedule 2 narcotic cannot even be called in to a pharmacy.The ONLY way to get a schedule 2 drug w/out a script is to have the doctor and doctor ONLY( no nurse) call it in as an emergency and even then he has to have a written,signed script mailed in to the pharmacy in no longer than a 3 day period!C-II's are no joke.You cannot even have a stray mark on a C-II script.My doctor does my script on a computer print out which he then prints and sticks to his script pad and then signs the print out not the paper script pad.Believe me, if you want a trip to jail without passing go just try to call in a C-II or add a refill to one! You will be in a jumpsuit before you know what hit you.
