Opioids Getting rid of matrix of mscontin 30's

So im so mad. A tractor trailer hit my car. I broke 3 ribs, my leg, shattered my ankle & had to have emergecy surgery. Im on meth(80mgs)...they gave me 25mcg of fetynal & 60 15mg roxis. I went yesterday and they gave me 120 15 milligram roxicodone my insurance wouldn't cover it because it was too soon so I went back and they gave me 30 milligram morphine ER's for breakthrough pain er is extended release which is does not help breakthrough pain so is there any way to get through the matrix of the MS Contin? I appreciate anyone's answers in advance thanks
 
The er's...all that means is that they'll work longer lol. You can take more than one if your tolly can take it. Careful with that.
