I've been using a bong recently as my lungs can't take the stress of using foil anymore but I'm wondering if there's a way for me to use the water, to get reclaim like you would with meth? I've filtered it through a coffee filter but I'm wondering if it trapped some of the opiate along with all the bullshat that is in it to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm glad that switching to the bong from foil gave you a little respite from the lung issues. As you probably know, it is likely that this means of administration will also eventually fail you, probably sooner than later. Keep this in the back of your mind. You many end up requiring a different ROA to get your drugs into you. If you have any questions about that let me know.
Most Fentanyl on the street is in the Hydrochloride form, which is more soluble in water than the Citrate form, which is quoted as "sparingly soluble". It should be pretty easy for Fentanyl to end up in the water used for filtration in your bong. Of course the million dollar question is how much and at what frequency does this occur? For example, we know very well that Methamphetamine Hydrochloride is water soluble and has been demonstrated to collect at an unknown rate in bong water.
It should be relatively simple to derive the collected Fentanyl from the water. While I have some pretty good ideas floating around in my head right now, I do not have a full understanding of how this would be done, however, I feel this could all be learned pretty easily from the internet if you are motivated.
