I tried meth for the first time recently and on the comedown I had THEE worst stomach pain and headache of life. I still feel nauseated and my appendix area hurts a little bit. My brain feels drained and over all just had the worst time. The high wasnt even worth it because the rush only lasted about an hour and tweaked out for 2 days. Is this normal? I mean to still have these pains because I can barely move without feeling like I'm going to puke. I don't understand how people can get addicted to this shit, I threw the rest out.. never again -.-

I have some other questions like how much did you do, how pure, what method, but my most important is: Did you eat and drink as if you were sober? I've never dosed more than 100 mg pure meth over the course of a couple hours, so my use wouldn't be considered 'heavy' (nor should yours your first time) but I never had any sort of negative comedown/hangover, only the 'sweating out' purging process I get with strong stims where my feet perspire a few hours as I fall to baseline. Why haven't I had a hangover or any comedown side effects? Probably because I force myself to eat healthy the entire time as if sober, despite a dry mouth and poor appetite. Eating normally on any drug, even 12-18 hour psychedelics, is my key to not developing migraines I'm susceptible to or stomach cramps I'm accustomed to several hours into opioid use. Feel bad? Eat. Feel nauseous? Eat before it makes it to the top of your throat. You'll have a hard time doing it now given you're close to vomiting, but if you give meth a second try and eat every 6 hours, you'll have a very different experience I think.

That said, it does sound like you either dosed way too high or did something quite a bit nastier than meth, like some piperazine...

I've never experienced anything like that. I'm going to have to second what the poster above me stated and question if what you did was really meth.
But as far as helpful suggestions, I'd eat something mild, like cereal or oatmeal, take a hot bath and get some rest.

Everything in this thread is golden. If your having a real hard time with eating and nausea, go with some Cannabis if you smoke. It will help the neausea, the pain, and it will get your mind off this all.

Cannabis after meth tends to make people anxious, i would have had a benzo lined up. Benzos are great for taking away anxiety after strong stims as well as lifting your mood a little. It would probably allow you to be comfortable enough to eat and take care of your self after your run. Next time even though you said you won't try it again, have a xanax or valium on hand.

if you like weed then give that a try, if not then I'd say go for some sort of longish acting benzo, or if you wanna get unhealthy some sort of opiate, both will help with the shitty feelings.
