Misc Getting needles online. Do it or not?

Buy them online sterifilt there not as good as wheel filters but are better than shooting pills up using only a cotton wool tip or roll up filter. Apparently with sterifilts your ment to pre filter them using a tradditional filter then filter the solution again with the sterifilt for final time it actually say on the box that they have been extensivley tested with Buprenorphine generics, Subutex, suboxone, Ritalin and Oxycontin but it says nothing about wheather or not you should heat/cook up the solution or do a cold water extraction.

I dont know what oxycontin's water solubility is but Personally ive found with morphine Mst Continus/Ms Contin and cold water extractions anything more than 25-30mg or aprrox 1/4 to 1/3 of a 100mg mst continus tablet will not dissolve properly into 1ml of water. I think morphine's water solubility must be a fair bit less than what is the stated as 62.5mg/1ml on wikipedia at room temperature.

Exchanges are in more and more areas in the US these days. Sometimes, they are disguised as "Human Services" or the like. Ask local users because they are not all labeled as 'needle exchange' in the phone book. Plus, they usually have outreach programs for health and addiction help services. And most dispense narcan for free, which can be hard to get otherwise.

Also, as a user, if you're paying for them, you're much more likely to reuse sets than if you had got them for free. Plus, you get all the free sterile accessories so you can have your 'junkie on the go kit'. Also, atleast in the 2 states I've used in (NM & NJ) you need a user card to carry them in public which are dispensed at the exchange.
 
Actually these places have people going there + getting healthier as there is not cut shit
 
I would buy wheel filters but I don't have my own place, so that would be hard to pull off since you can only use each one once? Would really love to just have them though because what I mostly inject now is Suboxone(doctor mentioned taper, don't wanna, needle fetish,can get high on whatever else 12 hours later if wanted so have been doing 1mg every 10-12 hours). Proubly could get by on just 1mg but always end up being 2mg, REALLY trying to get down to 300mcg at a time three times a day,maybe I need to talk to captain H bout how to do that? But ya, the micron filters I would love cuz besides the subs(strips) it's Roxi 30's & 15's(30's for the most part) and 100mg Morphine ER when I can get them.
 
Pretty sure we can't list a source, but it's not really illegal so I'm unsure. Either way, you know that place where you buy all your shit online? Named after a certain region of the Americas. Yeah, I use that one because, ya know, I get everything else there, right?

This is extremely important. We do not allow posts discussing sources for ANY substance, legal or illegal. We also don’t allow links to most drug paraphernalia and obviously vendors. Well thats not in the best interest of what this site is for than. I'm gonna take the site outta my older post. Thanks for letting me know.
Who ever thinks that is a good idea is backwards and whoever authorized the change in rules (which must be higher up staff) is proof that they arent only letting us talk freely about this stuff for only HR purposes, I wonder why the site saves all its data at 3am every morning. If we aren't here for HR (which i thought was the mission) i dont want everything i have posted here to be saved somewhere. Who would need or be interested saving or obtaining the downloaded data?

In the long run, cocaine and amphetamines will NOT help suicidal thoughts...just FYI..especially using needles...

Hate to be a stick in the mud, but I've seen people close to me use the needle and all that, and to be completely honest it sticks my craw..just pisses me off, really.

One of my favorite all-time musicians was Richard Manuel of The Band...dude took his life after a bottle of Grand Mariner and a Vial of blow...i'm not sure, but i'm guessing his tolerances just kept going up and up and up until he couldn't actually fit enough drugs and alcohol in his body to feel the way he wanted to...got tired of all the woes of eartly life and decided, having played with the greatest band of the 20th century, that he can't possibly get any better or have anymore fun than he already had, so he hung himself...very sad IMHO, but hell I guess wherever he is now he's still melting hearts and chilling bones with that voice...great drummer too IMHO!

He really had played some funky rythym on "rag mama rag", one of my personal favorites..

I believe that when you reach that point where tolerance does not let you get high and you need to keep increasing, all the fun is over.
By this point the fun was over long ago imo.

Hi HOOD,
As I said in my post above, you're going to want to ask the OD mods who were involved in that decision as it happened a while back (I want to say a year?). And that's best discussed through PMs. Tricomb made the edit to the guidelines so he might be a good place to start.

However, it sounds like you're also wanting clarification on what exactly is allowed and what's not, which is a good question and could benefit others too I'm sure. So I'll address that here.

My understanding is that we are not allowed to give specific site names or links. Per OD Guidelines, drug paraphernalia like syringes were previously included in the no sourcing rule but HR supplies like micron filters and bacteriostatic water were not. Now posting sources for all of the above is not allowed.

However, as a mod I believe HR supplies are entirely different from drugs. So while you can't name specific sites or provide links, general suggestions are okay... i.e. look for a needle exchange in your town, a pharmacy, or use Google to look for a medical supply site. By all means, direct people in the right direction. I'm not going to come down on anyone for that.
