Getting more bang out of an Oxycodone.

Hi, I have a 15 mg Oxycodone (half a regular 30mg, blue pill) and Im somewhat tolerant to these opiates, in general. With a full one doing the job ( not nodding) but a half barleys gives me a slight warm sensation for a few minutes then dissipates slowly for about an hour or less.. Or so it seems to me..

How can I go about increasing this little half's potency, or at least making it seem to hit harder to me ? I unerstand some basic potentiation methods but not clear on what NOT to take that COULD possibly overcome the effects of the Oxy ?
I took my Zoloft dose 50mg this morning and Iv noticed while at peak levels opiates seem to be negated by this SSRI. Should i wait a bit longer like tonight to take the half ? Its my only one left, thanks.

plugging works very well but some people are put off by this ROA. It gives a quicker onset than oral and seems to pack more of a punch than oral. This is how I take ir oxy and it seems to reduce the optimal dose by ~5-10mg when compared to taking the pill by mouth.

You could also try to potentiate the sedation with 25mg of diphenhydramine but I don't like this method because it will make me pass out mid buzz and/or kill some of the energy oxy gives. There's also potentiation by way of inhibiting cyp2d6 enzymes but none of the methods I've tried using inhibitors have made a noticeable difference in effects.

I would just save it. You'll regret wasting it next time you have more, because then you could have dosed slightly higher.

I have 20mg and 5mg Oxycodone Hydrochloride with no ASAP in them. Just pure Oxy Hydrochloride. Strip of 20 is 14 tabs costs £28 plus postage. A box of 20mg tabs which is 56 tabs costs £80 and a strip of 5mg caps. The 5 mg are caps and the 20mg are longtec manufacturer tabs. A strip of 5 mg tabs is £7 and a box of 56 caps is £20.
