Getting high on breast milk?

In light of the article I read in Drugs in the Media, and from common sense, it's understood certain drugs, in this case opioids, are carried through the breast milk. My qeustion is how much of the drug is going to be passed into the breast milk, would there be any way to tell? It sounds gross, but maybe some people would dig drinking their significant others breastmilk after a long binge.

It would depend on the fat solubility of the drug, but I wouldn't imagine very much at all.

^ A baby died from morphine in breast milk. It's not a small amount. This is really weird IMO but if that's someones thing, and it's also their thing to get stoned, then I'm not stopping them. But the person with the titties would have to exceed overdose/death level probably to get any notable effects.

Even if it was high as 10% I would think a person could still get high, it'd just be a volume issue. That and figuring out how many mgs of lets say morphine is in the actual breast milk.
