Is it a bad idea to do this ? Share personal feeling's, past experiences, have deep convo's etc. It some how feels artificial and not a genuine bonding experience and I usually feel slightly uncool afterwards - like I've over shared.

I think it's best try to avoid this and always keep things relatively light with platonic friends whilst high.

What do you guys think ? Do you avoid getting deep when your high or can't you help it?

What do you mean 'uncool'? From your perspective are you only cool by putting on a front and not letting people know what you really think? I don't think it's bad at all. If you're with a good friend, why would you feel like you're over sharing? Say whats on your mind, and just go with the flow.

If anything it's only more artificial to force a lighter mood. Let what's real speak. %)

its can be a good thing and a bad thing. good in that you can get stuff off your chest and understand and be more tolerant about things that you wouldnt be able to discuss sobre. but it can be a bad thing because sometimes i end up with people a barely know, telling them my lifestory lol

Any emotional connection with your friends is a great thing, and can only lead to stronger bonds forming. Intimate experiences while rolling are great :)

Yeah exactly. And they aren't going to judge you for sharing yourself. Well not if they are real friends.

^ word.

I can't stand when people get weird like that after rolling. Ecstasy is a really good bonding drug and the conversations that usually arise are really kick ass even if you or someone else have no idea what you're/they're talking about.

Now if you're around strange people it can be kinda odd, which is why I choose to only roll with trusted friends in safe places.

I think the purpose is to forget and not to get deep IMO, but if I did feel the need to address something on my mind, it'd be me rolling with my inner circle in a safe place.

it just depends on who your around cuz if they are actually your friends you should be able to tell them anything with out be judged or feeling like you've said too much

I tripped with a good friend a few months ago on some pretty decent L. Me and him usually sit around the table get drunk and do some blow but this time we sat on his couch and stared at a Van Goh painting for about an hr then we discussed what we saw and it eventually led into us discussing his kid and shit with my grandma's passing and what not, normally we arn't the 2 guys to discuss that shit but we literally both started tearing up when talking about these things and ever since then we have had a very strong bond. I find drugs can make a connection that normally you wouldn't pick up on. But it varies from person to person, i find it to be more about being comfortable than fucked up on something.
