Don't use them period.

Your 18, from your post, your level of knowledge concerning body composition, diet & training are not even at the level of someone to use creatine, let alone Anabolic Steroids. This isn't the answer you wanted to hear. You want to accomplish something alot faster & are trying to find a way to do it & some mean old person just gives you this answer is probably on your mind. But its a fact, an actual bodybuilding board would ban you for asking a question this bad. "Just say no", in this case, is actually right. 99% of people that are experienced will tell you the same thing.

Instead of doing the one of two things you will most likely do:
1)Disregard this and do it anyway (99percent)
2)Blindly follow my advice(1percent)

You should read up on why its a bad idea to do them & just up your general level of knowledge in this area period.

I agree you shouldn't use steroids for the same reasons. But chances are you will do so anyway so I will steer you to what can help (keep in mind we have +3.5 months until summer):
* clenbuterol (it's always available in Australia... start at 50mcg daily and use for no more than 2 weeks)\
* T3 (use in conjunction with clenbuterol, do a search for dosing)
* high protein, low fat, low/moderate carb diet (eat enough protein to maintain muscle, eat just enough carbs for energy, and make sure carbs are low GI)
* cardio... do 30 minutes in the morning 3-4 times per week
* light weight training (the aim is to keep your muscle from wasting b/c muscle burns fat faster)

As I said, there is almost 4 months until summer so this is something you will want to take your time on. In all honesty at your age you should be fine without the clen/t3

soo its not recommended to go on the gear at my age, stupid question but how long would u wait to go on, im hittin the gym hard already. and wat would u use at that time?

with clembuteral ive heard that u can take it off quickly but it goes back on even with a good balanced diet? is this true, and are u able to elaborate on T3?
cheers

Your body is still making a shit load of it's own test, you don't need any AAS right now. I know that's not what you want to hear, but the guys above are right. In an ideal state, you would want to begin from your early to mid 20s at the very least. I'd say 24-25 would be a good time on average. Work you ass off and continue to study so that you will be well informed and ready when the proper time comes.

Just to echoing the guys above.

Superdrol is a very harsh compound by itself. It certainly wouldn't make a good first cycle.

At your age I'd suggest doing lots of reading. Getting lots of protein down you, a good EFA product (such as udo's), reading up about sugar/dextrose use around workout time, using creatine daily, finding a good multi-vit and if your desperate to use 'something' look at low impact things such as caffine/green tea/seasamin/ALA/ALCAR/etc.

I wouldn't use anything else such as clen or T3.

Just to clarify, I was saying that if you were to decide you needed to go and use something to help you lose the fat (which I always assume will be the case since I'd have done that at 18) then you'd be better using something like clenbuterol rather than something like Superdrol

Yeh it's when your body starts slowing down at apprix age 22 when your body and brain stops growing when AAS can be used... but at 18; no way.

If you are at 100kg at age 18 with a good build, you probably only have a few kg of fat to lose. I'd probably take it as a sign to learn where you are going wrong in your training routine... since once you figure that out, you won't need to rely on drugs to stay ripped. With the info you've given I'd have to assume your diet isn't 100%.

What's your diet like? Calories daily, protein, carbs, fat... also do you drink and if so how often? Also, any other pertinent diet info and maybe we can help with your diet

k sweet, soo just tweak my diet, i dont drink soft drinks often only really wen im goin out (which is like once a week), stayin away from beer, i eat wheat bix with skim milk no sugar in the mornin, have a snack of nuts between lunch, eat a big lunch, plate of rice with peanut satay sauce, then at home its meat with rice and vegetables, followed by some fruit 1 or 2 hours before i head to bed. wen i eat i have to eat big otherwise i get hungry quicky. im doin my hsc atm but im tryin 2 keep eatin clean but its gets hard sometimes, i had a burger with chicken breast and salad, some people say its alrite to eat, wat do u recon??

Ide suggest trying out some endurance exercises 15 or so repetions 3 sets lose the weight you want and get more cutt with aid of creatine and slow release protein then hit up the strength exercises later on and go for bulk.
Ide wanna be atleast 21 before i got on AAS.
This is what ide do if we did like a body swap.

I swear i no you from some where 1--tms--1

Edit: oh yeah and do more abb work. And do some cardio 30mins ea day atleast 4 days a week.

Your diet sounds pretty good for an 18 year old (especially one doing HSC), but there are some things you can change to help drop the extra fat;
1. record the exact amount of calories (or kJ which they use here in Australia)
2. record exact amount of grams of carbs, protein, fat in everything you eat.
3. record what you eat and when

When you want to lose fat you want to be eating a diet high which totals less energy/calories than your metabolism burns in a day (ie you need to burn more energy than you eat).
Also, you want high protein (at least 200g daily at your size) with moderate carbs and low fat (and only good fats; ie unsaturated). You want the protein high b/c it stops your muscle from wasting when you are dieting (so your body burns fat instead) and the moderate carb intake is to supply your body with just enough energy to get by without having excess (which forces your body to burn fat).
This is all complicated stuff so I'll find some ebooks for you to read when I get a minute and will PM you the link to DL. I think it's better you know how all of this works as opposed to listening to people who known nothing about what they're telling you (the ppl who recommend stuff like Superdrol or Drive or any other shitty diluted Aussie vet gear in particular)
Do it right so you can maintain and make other people wonder what your secret is :\ that's the way to go IMO

He's good haha

you could take up boxing, karate or something, they're explosive endurance sports they'll trim your waist in no time plus they'll train your nervous system to catch up with your muscular system, they enchance co-ordination, explosive power all that. There are 100 reasons you should use your big muscles in some kind of sport, martial arts or otherhwise.

Another thing, sprints. Do, 6 X 50 m sprints wit 1 min rest after a proper stretch and getting fully warmed up. Give it everything. Next day you will feel aches and pains in all sorts of places.

A great way to stimulate natural growth hormone release is to carry large weights until you cant carry em no more. The classic one is the farmer's walk. Do a two dumbell deadlift with very heavy dumbells and walk over and back say 10m for reps. Go as far as you can untill your grip or whatevver gives out. Go as fast as you can to get more reps in before this happens. That's one set, take a break and do two more sets. Not only does this stimulate GH release but it works all sorts of stabalising muscles plus the legs while you walk. Very intense whole body excercise. It is also good cardio. Farmers walk works the traps a lot, other carries work the pecs and other upper body muscles. Overhead carries bulk the shoulders.

A final word; If you work you can get the body you want, steroids are for bodybuilders who want to take the body past it's natural limits. What you want is quite attainable with a bit of hard work!
