Are you interested in moderating the Other Drugs Forum on Bluelight?

The exceptionally good-looking (and extremely clever) OD team is looking to add to its ranks. Want to know what being a mod is all about? Then read this:

You will be an influential voice and important poster in the community; as such, you should already be very involved. You will be responsible for upholding the BLUA and the Other Drugs rules to keep the forum running smoothly. You will sometimes infract users to maintain order, but more often than not, you are helping people to make good decisions regarding drugs, and facilitating that effort through effective moderating. Mods are expected to be on daily, but it is not a full time job.

In addition to the rewards of helping people and spreading the message of Harm Reduction, you also get to participate in staff forums, and get several other staff perks (to be revealed later); you get to become a leader in this community, and you are responsible for your forum and its users. Other Drugs is the most heavily trafficed forum on the site, and we offer vital information on harm reduction. It is essential that you are passionate about our mission, knowledgeable, and reliable.

If you're interested (and I know you are), write out an application and send it to the OD mod team (Oxide, JSPete, muvolution, BrokedownPalace, sekio, papasomni, NeighborhoodThreat).


Applications should include:

• Your drug of choice
  
• Region you live in. - Basic/general biographical data.
  
• What time zone you live in.
  
• Why you're interested.
  
• A little bit about who you are.
  
• Why you believe you'll be a good fit.
  
• Any relevant experience and/or education.
  
• How much time you can dedicate to the position.
  
• Any other relevant information (about you.)
