Opioids Generic Tramadol Information

I just took a peek around this area and couldn't find any threads regarding Generic Tramadol.
I have been using Tramadol for a while now but it is getting difficult to get now and I began looking into generic varieties.
A friend of mine who works in a pharmacy tells me it exists but to be very careful about it.

I felt the best decision to take before looking further was to get as much information I could as possible and this forum seemed to be one of the better information sources on the web.
Is there anything in particular I should know about it? Adverse effects compared to non-generic? Sites to avoid/known to be bad sources? Any information I can get will be very appreciated and I'm sure will be helpful for anyone else in my position.

if you get your generic drugs from a real pharmacy, and not some internet site, you won't have to worry

is it possible to get the from a pharmacy without a prescription though?
I've never heard of that.

Not legally, no. Tramadol is a prescription-only medication, though it is not a controlled substance, it's still like antibiotics or something like that in that you can't buy it legally OTC.

When you say, "it's getting difficult to get now", it sounds like you're trying to get more. Fine, we've all been guilty of that at some point or another, but in terms of adverse effects, taking a lot of tramadol leaves one prone to seizures. You can get it online bc it's not technically controlled, but I would recommend against that. Usually the shadier or more foreign brands are more apt to cause adverse effects, and for tramadol, those effects aren't pleasant. Just a heads up.
