Opioids Generic Oxycontin (Oxycodone ER) On market in USA ???

So I have been hearing on different forums ever since the change to OP's that in 2012 there would be some company('s) making there own form of Oxycodone ER, So has anyone actually seen any of these? I have had 2 people in the last week or 2 who both swear that they have seen and done some very recently, I am having a hard time believing this because it seems like I would be able to find something about this online , which I havent so does anyone know what is the real deal here??
