Generic OC80s

Do they still have the same great "taste" going up? That's half of the Oc experience for me these days ;)
 
These are new 80mg OxyCodone HCl Extended Release pills. I was assuming Endo made them, like most other people. A few companies had gotten the approval since the patent had been changed. Look above to see what these pills look like, they are "generic" 80s, who makes them - at this point I'm not 100% sure, as I get them second hand (i.e. no personal script obviously).

Thats another thing I did notice - they have slighltly different "sniff taste,", not the same one we have all grown to love over the years. They dont taste bad I will say, just slightly different. Im still itching from last night and I still have more saved. Oh happy day.

The ones I have are not manufactured by endo, They are manufactured by Teva pharmaceuticals.

Maybe its just us, But, Me and a few friends think they are a bit weaker. On average I need about 160mg's to get a decent high, 160 of the Teva brand one night resulted in almost zero high. And 160mg's of Purdue's the next night got me where I'm used to being.

The Teva brand ones are also football shaped - And identical in color.

uumpaloompa, Its called tolerance. And junk raises it significantly. I know a few people that need more than that to reach any effects. There is also a bunch of members on this very board that are in the same boat as I am when it comes to tolerance - Lets not get off topic now. :)
 
that tolerance is understandable, if eaten. Though, I suspect, even with a high tolerance, 2 80mg oxycontins insuffulated will def. get--even a person with a very high tolerance--feeling something....

The new Purdue OC's will have a new ingredient that when the polypropoline coating is removed that the oxycodone(active ingred.) will be rendered unsless so u have to eat em whole...not bad either..lol 12 hrs of slow release fun..lol...and the OC's from mexico will have a small "dot" below or above the "OC" imprinted on one side of the pill. The mexico ones can still be broken down and thats why they are flying off the shelves down here. It is wild what some people will pay for a bottle of 30 10mg OC's
I have seen em go for as high as 200$ for only 300mg's....the price some will pay

Time release is within the pill - Different parts dissolve at different rates, Every few hours.

And yes, I take my oxy orally, For duration purposes.
 
OK, first of all your not going to have an accurate judgement on ANY OC pill if you are doing H, or have a tremendous tolerance otherwise. The average person will still get rocked ya half of these insufflated. They are exactly the same basically.

And to the person talking about he OCs being differnt in Mexico, future or present. I went last to Mexico last week, and I can surely tell you they will be exactly the same as they will be up here in the future. They had the same OC80s we have always had for years, but for 55 a piece at the border towns! Theyre were no "mexican" pills that I seen at all, Roxycodones, Vikes, Methadose - was all the same shit we get up here.

I know this is not allowed--but $55 for an 80? I would rather swill fifty pods and slurp down the tea or plug 1 million codeines into my hairy butt....

have things really gotten that bad? I propose going further south, way beyond the nastiness of any border town. those prices just aren't right. I envision a mexican with a tall cowboy hat, a blanket over his body, and a bandelero with shells strung across both sides of his chest--demanding money....

I really don't get this "I liked this brand better than the other".

80mgs of oxycodone is 80mgs of oxycodone regardless of who manufactures it.

IT'S ALL THE SAME

It's like arguing about "I liked the Timothy Leary blotters better than the Mad Hatter blotters" when both had 100mcs on them.
 
How is availabilty, and price, even FARTHER south? Say, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador...even farther... Venezuela, Panama, etc.. surely American politics/social problems don't affect these countries, as much as they do Mexico?
 
the further south you go, the more radically the prices drop. I won't talk prices, since that type of discussion is not allowed; however, I will say this--you would not believe the prices for certain narcotics in certain third world countries...unreal. However, many of the pharmacies do not stock the particular drugs that Americans seem to like, so often times you may have to special order (usually taking a few days)....

I totally understand that 80mg's is 80mg's. Like I said earlier, They seem to crush differently - I think that may be why the potency seems to be off.

When I crush Purdue OC80's, I put one in a folded piece of paper and I run a rounded lighter across it a good few times, It sticks to the paper. I scrape it off and into a pile and repeat a couple times. With the Teva OC's it didn't stick to the paper much at all and it was harder to get into a fine powder.

Like I said, I think this may be the cause. Though, They are supposedly designed the same way. I don't quite understand.(?) :\
 
I havent had the generics yet but i dont understand while ppl would say there stronger or weaker than brand name pills as long as the mg is the same... and about 1/2 the ppl in the US pay more than $0.50 per mg for OC's right now i could get them $25 for the 40's but hell im not paying $50 for a 3 hour high.
 
I didn't buy any of those for 55 for the record, thats just ridiculuous, even IF I was 2-3 days sick. And yes I know, further South you go, the cheaper it gets, by theory. However, when one can get 90 10mg Valiums (Blue Roches) for 60 beans at a quick over the border outlet, we were all set to go home. I crushed up another one of these new 80s, and yet again they were super easy to clean, and easy to crush, easier than other ones I strongly believe. I let someone with no tolerance do a quarter, and he was JAMMED, just as much as woulda been if I had given him a Purdue. Generic Oxy's are not to be taken as weaker...
 
Endo got clearance to mass produce 10....20.....and 40mgs of Oxy. Teva got court clearance to produce the 80's.....got the info on Google
