Opioids Generic morphine effectiveness brand by brand

Does anyone have any knowledge about the different brands and how well they work? It seems like it's an individual experience thing for most, but I'm wondering if there's a solid reason for it.

I took the Roxane Morphine 30mg for a while years ago, and it worked well.

Recently was on 15mg Watson's, and they didn't work at all. Might as well have been aspirin.

Now I'm on 30mg Mallinckrodt ones, and I can't tell yet if they work yell. Yesterday they didn't seem to, today seems better. Feels almost euphoric which is new to me.

Subjective experiences are welcome!
