General weakness during a 4-FA (or any amphetamine) comedown. Normal?

Well I've been doing 4-FA a lot the last few days and yesterday I tried to start my break. I woke up that morning feeling about as strong as a 90 year old woman. Even walking made me feel winded/a little short of breath. (Walking 10 feet felt like running 50 feet) I could breathe fine when I was sitting down, but since I had to do a lot of physical work that day, I figured I'd take some more of the 4-FA to see if it helped. It did, and it got rid of the weakness until later that night.

Is feeling very weak and exhausted normal for this or could it be something else?

How's your eating habits been?

I'd be willing to bet that your (likely, sorry if I'm wrong) shit eating habit while high on the pseudo-meth is causing you to feel weakened.

I don't have any personal experience with 4-FA in particular, however.

Well, I didn't eat for 5 days while I was on it, but resumed eating normally two days ago.

Look up ATP vs. ADP.

You need to rebuild your supply of the former, as the latter which is now working for you is less effective.

Basically, you need to eat food and do a few pushups.

Have you checked your blood pressure? It's possible BP fluctuations can be making you feel sick/weak, or it could be low sugar or dehydration, also 5 days is quite a long time to go without any calories, try drinking protein shakes during such binges.

I don't think it'd be dehydration. I still drank water and pepsi like normal during the 5 days, I just didn't eat anything solid besides the gelcaps to hold the 4-FA.

It is normal to feel weak after a stim binge, yes. Not eating plays a big part but so does having your sympathetic nervous system (think fight/flight mechanism) ramped up by the stimulant for however long you've been on it for, as does sleep deprivation.. it's all part of the wonders of the come-down. Taking more stims will help in the short term obviously but really, I'd follow PJ's advice.

It could be a coincidental cold or something but sounds like a come-down to me..
