Opioids gelling hell...HELP!!!!

WTF am i supposed to do with these gelling fucking opana er's , i want my old formula back!! someone please pm me and let me know what i can do about these...i have 60 of them....fucking useless
 
Nope I'm not down with the new formulation. Don't plan on using it until I know how!

I would do them like I sometimes do OPs, although I know their anti-abuse mechanism is different. Chop up the pill into as many pieces as you can, backload them into your plugging syringe. Then draw up half the syringe full of water, shake, let sit for 8 hours, adding a little water as the gel absorbs it, then plug that gooey mess and hope for better days.

Just to clarify....All of you are talking about the extended release Opana, correct??

Original formulation time release mechanism = TIMERx
New Formulation time release mechanism = INTAC

Yes. As of March 1st 2012 Opana ER has been distributed in a new formulation. They utilize the INTAC time release mechanism, and the pills are round with an 'E' on one side, and the dosage on the other side, as opposed to the original formulation which were octagons with one blank side and the dosage imprinted on the other side.
 
They make a generic Opana ER in 7.5mg and 15mg. I don't know why its only available in those two strengths, but I get the 15mg's and those things crush up into a very fine powder and are super easy to snort. They don't gel up at all like the original TIMERx formulation. They are little white round pills with 262 on one side and a weird crescent moon looking symbol on the other side.

Actavis manufactures those generics, but I don't know if they will still be available since Endo has a new patent on the Opana ER. It's like what happened with OxyContin. There had been generics for it, but they were no longer available (other than remaining supplies) once the reformulated OxyContin was put on the market.

We have 5, 15 and 30mg IR oxycodone which is marketed as roxicodone. There is a 20mg oxycodone IR but it is rarely prescribed. Lastly there is percocet which comes in 5, 7.5, and 10mg, combined with acetaminophen. Those are the options if you want to avoid the tamper-proof OxyContin.

I may not have tried all the opiates i'd like too but that was THE SHIT.....
Im 18 all i can get from the doctor is Codeine/promethazine syrup..consider yourself lucky you got 60 OPANA ER....

Quit crying already and CHEW THE MOTHERFUCKERS...
May not make dollars but i make sents right??

I've heard that the plan is to re-formulate the vast majority of the commonly abused opiates that come in abuse-worthy dosages, including Roxicodone and its generics. I have not met ONE single person that quit oxycodone after the new pills were released. I know tons that switched to heroin (myself included). Fucking idiotic, waste money on law enforcement and reformulating pills. Money that could be invested in making rehabs more accessible and increasing awareness.

Anyway, I haven't seen the new opanas, but I'd wager that there'll be a lot of dumb ideas posted around the web saying things like microwave it and then slam the gel, etc. Please don't listen to those morons, you'll just kill yourself. tricomb nailed it when he said to plug 'em.
 
Now would be an awesome time to quit. That shit destroyed a lot of people I knew. Almost got me too except I was fortunate (yes, fortunate) enough to OD a few times and now just the taste of that shit sends me into extreme fits of vomiting. Best thing that could have ever happened to me.

I gotta say that I realize you're a child and may not know better, but as a chronic pain patient I find it disgusting when recreational users like you say you're jealous of a pain patients prescription. I do not consider myself "Lucky" to think that I will be on opiate pain medication for the rest of my life. And also, that the drug companies are forced to make good painkillers "abuse proof" and then not work for pain patient like me. First they took away OxyContin, now Opana. They took it away from everyone, but the people who matter are the people who needed it to function, and they lost that too. /rant

And my problem isn't with you abusing the drugs, it's calling pain patients "lucky"

Not to mention that you'd most likely break a tooth trying to chew the new Opanas.
