Trying to withdrawal from a particular drug but don't have a clue really how to navigate a round here or even if this is the correct place to get help but i am getting desperate.

You may want to look in Other Drugs. If that is not the right place there are also specific areas for specific drugs.
Go to Forum, and look under 'Focus Forums.'
Other Drugs is listed there also.
