GBL

Last time I checked GBL was still legal. And yes you can order it from online vendors, but dont bother asking for sources.

In the US, GBL is a List I chemical which means that it is a regulated chemical under stiff regulations. It is legal to purchase and possess. You need a DEA permit to manufacture, sell, or import the substance. Most online sellers are outside of the US which means that you'd have to import it which is ILLEGAL if you don't have a permit (which you don't!).
If you buy it from a company inside the US (provided they sell it to you, which they probably won't) then a record of your purchase (with your name, etc) is given to the DEA. Any suspicious orders will be recipients of a visit from the DEA.
