GBL v.s. GHB! Is GBL legal?

I am really into downers I really enjoyed Soma, I like benzos of all kinds, opioids/opiates of all kinds, I really liked amo-barbital, I even like phenobarbital.

However when it comes to alcohol I don't really enjoy it all that much due to its extremily uninhibiting effects while not so sedating can make me do many impulsive things I normally wouldn't do. Even 1 or 2 drinks makes me more agitated than relaxed or not agitated but puts me into FULL DRIVE to do social things like chat with friends and if that doesn't work out I end up doing stupid things like buying narcotics when I know I can't use them due to being extremily drunk/hammered.

I wonder if GHB or GBL is up my alley!

1. How would you compare GHB and GBL?

2. How would you compare GBL to benzos, opioids, alcohol and barbiturates?

3. Is GBL legal?
 
1. Effects are almost indistinguishable from eachother. GBL metabolizes into GHB so it's pretty much the same. GBL is a little harsher on your stomach, that's about it.

2. Not much experience with opiates or barbituates, can't compare. Cleaner high than alcohol, not as messy and more euphoric.

3. Depends where you are. In the US, GBL is not legal.
 
You can buy 99.99% pure GBL over the internet if you promise to use it as a solvent. Right... I wonder why it's so pure.

It's not legal everywhere, but most places it is. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm sure it was used in gym supplements until recently.
 
It is quite legal in Canada, you're supposed to sign some papers when buying it or something and you can't get in trouble for having it unless they suspect you're turning it into GHB (and have evidence for this). It is a List I or List II chemical, I can't remember. You can import from the UK to avoid the hassle of finding a Canadian source and going in and signing the documents.
 
You don't even need to turn it into GHB - your body does that for you. I 'spose they don't want you ingesting or distributing it with the intent of ingestion.

Since GBL/GHB work mostly on GABA how would you say GBL compares to benzos, barbs or even Soma?

Which do you preffer if you had the option between your choice benzo, soma or alcohol? (what if barbs were thrown into the mix)

I do realize that comparing GBL with opioids is a completley different ballpark so we're gonna leave those alone for the sake of disscution.

On the topic of Muscle Relaxers, I loved soma but Baclofen made me puke 24hrs straight and I absolutley hated the high...from what I've heard GBL's molecular structure resembles Baclofen the closest of any drug (I could be mistaken)....is there any truth to this?
 
GBL is not illegal in the US, but it is a list 1 chemical (as a precurrsor to GHB). If your shipment is caught by customs you may get raided. If they find no evidence of GHB manufactor you won't be charged. Unless of course the find other drugs.
 
^And unless you're importing drums of it to make law enforcement suspicious of distribution, they're not going to bother setting up any kind of operation against you. It's a waste of money and resources.

In fact, has there ever been an arrest or even an unsuccessful prosecution extending from a raid for importation of small, "personal use," amounts of any bio-converted precursor or analogue in the U.S.?
 
There are many very distinct differences between GBL/GHB and benzos/opiates/etc.

GBL/GHB are euphoric. Very much so. In kind of a weird way, too. You'll feel more like you're "fine" than you'll feel like you're "high". You'll want to start projects. You'll be creative. You'll talk to somebody, anybody, about every last thing on your mind. It loses it's magic after a little while, and you have to be very careful because they are addictive. I found myself dosing 24/7 almost as soon as I had access to GBL because I liked the way it made me feel. This led to a physical addiction that I had a very bad withdrawal from. Psychologically, you don't have much to worry about. I quit about three weeks ago and haven't had a single craving. It's just that your body becomes dependant on it, and the withdrawal process is unpleasant.

Comparing GHB/GBL to benzos or opiates is like comparing LSD to crack.
 
I'm not entirely sure of the legal status of GBL in the US. It's very easy to import from europe. 1,4 butanediol is legal and very easy to obtain, and feels identical to either of these substances.
 
It's LEGAL to import into the US and Canada, but I would advise against buying 10 boxes at once for your own safety.
