GBL TO GHB? What's involved.

After a long hiatus, I should be getting some BASF GBL this week... I can't remember what forum it belongs to, but in interests of harm reduction, I want to convert this to GHB. I seem to remember ovens and caustic sods were mentioned, but not much else.....help!
