GBL Megathread: 3ml and Wobbling

Depends how sleep deprived you are.

If I haven't slept for a few days, I'll sleep straight through and not have the wake up thing.

If I'm stimmed but have been sleeping normally, I'll wake up after the usual couple of hours. No way I could sleep again without redosing at that point -- I generally give up and get up.

Diaz definitely cancels out the effects quite a lot for me. Last week I took my normal knockout G dose having had some diazapam earlier that day, and it did nothing. FWIW, my normal knockout dose is 2ml and I'd had 5mg diaz -- having no tolerance to anything is awesome!

50mg diaz and i STILL cannae sleep, plus the cat keeps scathing me. GO AWAY KITTY

Maybe i'll just chuck the doctors script and see how gbl works for comedowns, i had to dose way above average to get moderate effects which i hope was down to the diaz

Great typo!! I'd also have trouble sleep with a cat harshly criticising me all the time.

Could be the diaz or could just be the stims. Actually probably a combination of diaz and stims, which I guess would mean a pretty damn high dose of G. Do you really need to sleep that badly? It's gotta be pretty bad for you even if the effects are roughly the same as your regular dose....

Personally I'd probably give up on the sleep idea at this point. It's 7.30, time to start a brand new day :P
 
Haha yeah id already decided that, but i was taking the gbl without stims for recreation, never tried it for comedowns. Was scripted diaz at the time so thats where my theory came from

3-3.5ml for an enjyable drunk type high 4.5+for k.o (comes free with puking), most people say 2ml does it for them and im lightweight, esp with alcohol a few pints will have me drunk =]

Wasnt talking for now, givent he g to a mate as i started 24/7 dosing like i said i wouldnt and therefore cant trust myself. 2 weeks and i'm tapered off completely so i'll wait until then before i try and see if it makes a difference in g dosage

A brand new day :) what better way to start it with a line of meph since the benzos failed. Drug therapy at 12 too, should be a fun session 8). Time ot get something to eat first, the meph makes food non existant but the valium seems to have helped :D

On a seperate issue I had the best G munchie fiest in a long time last night. I Ginsters Brunch bar, 2 pieces of toast with Brussels Pate, 4 large raw muchrooms (I like raw mushrooms, OK!) 2 Go Ahead cereal bars, a bowl of Cookie Crisp cereal and a packet of Skips! =D
 
has this stuff been banned then? I went to order some and my regular supplier has disapeared :o
 
I need to start tapering back off of GBL. Does anyone else tend to be temporarily addicted to GBL then taper off then intentionally relapse? I've got an all or nothing attitude with GBL.
 
GBL is becoming illegal around December in the UK. Most UK vendors are closed or our main one is not open to the public. Orders are best made overseas.
 
Yes but to stock up I want a few litres. Wouldnt that arouse suspicion if I made an order?
 
Probably not. My advice would be to order it sooner than later. I have ordered a few 10L before and been fine from overseas. It's currently legal so I don't see what ground they would have to do anything, unless they bust through your door 25th Dec and search your house for GBL.

Obviously we are all tossing GBL before it's illegal, right? :)
 
I'll place an order but I'll probs order half what I was going to. Of course I wouldnt dream of using once illegal :)

For all intents and purposes, this is a GBL binge thread. There have been multiple reports, over the years, of pain in the kidney area from as little as a single use (google is your friend; erowid). Here, we have constant, repeated use. Let's do the maths. Will it have a negative effect on everyone? No, some people's bodies are better able to handle the stress than others, as with all things. Those whose bodies are more vulnerable will, however, feel the effects cumulatively. The more they use, the more serious the effects. Teeth, stomach, liver are all affected.

Am I here to preach the negative effects of GBL? No. Chrissie posted about a pain in her back and I responded with a possible cause. It is for her to then decide whether to pursue that. For you to try and dismiss that cause with cries of "Link? Source?" is rather irresponsible. The net effect of your casting baseless doubt? Users like Chrissie and others who may be experiencing negative side effects to continue using and exacerbating those negative effects under the belief that what they are doing is ultimately safe (based on your implication). This is a harm reduction site. Let's keep it that way.
 
If it helps. When I hit GBL more than a couple of times a day, my kidneys ache a lttle. I have had liver pain once or twice in the past from heavy(ier) use. I also get heartburn which I would expect with the PH being lower.
 
In fairness Treacle was only asking for links as backup, it wasn't an attack.

Personally I would like to see where the evidence came from to suggest that it is harmful to the liver and kidneys too. The reading I have done (and I am more than willing to post links if needed, as will Treacle I am sure) has sugested that GBL is non toxic to both organs. If new evidence has come up to state otherwise then we should all be made aware of the facts and sources, it is HR after all.
