GBL Megathread - 2nd dose

Just substituting one substance for another, agreed Treacle.

WM, howd you get on with the G?
 
FUCK. I just pulled my bottle of G out of the draw and it has leaked. I have lost about a third of the bottle. luckily not much plastic things in the draw but still....
 
Yeh I hadn't screwed the lid on right. I thought it was upright but had slipped over. My drw is very clean!!!!
 
Wahslab, it went pretty well last night :) Had 1.4ml at first, then redosed with 0.7ml a couple hours after. Mixed oh so nicely with weed as well I found.

Slept pretty well also :)
 
Realistically I am always going to be someone who substitutes one addiction for another.If becoming a Zen Budhist help me to quit the G and alcohol then you would be calling me (Jeffrey)Dhama pretty soon.Joking aside,if Heroin addicts are allowed substitute medications then why should an alcoholic not be allowed an equivalent?:(
Been back on the guice since midday 29.1.9 and have medications and plans ready for quitting on Saturday 31.1.9.Next week am hopefully getting 30 x 25mg promethezine and 28 x 10mg temazepam to aid me.The plan is to try not to touch alcohol for at least a week,ideally longer.:\

Brokenbrain, I wasn't having a dig about the substituting of one drug for another, just making coment that it is not ideal and in an 'ideal' world it would be best to have none.

Hmm,feels like my eyes are going to bleed.Suspect my blood pressure has risen and/or acidosis is present.Need to go home,take some B vitamins,drink some fruit juice,boil out some toxins in the bath and rethink my life.Hope I get the temazzies on Monday evening,wouldn't mind monging around on Tuesday instead of busting my liver with alcohol or giving myself acidosis with guice.:|
 
Anyone know if its ok to take GBL on Amoxicillin? I'm taking 1500mg a day for my wisdom tooth. Obviously I'm not gonna drink, as it would in all likely hood make the infection worse..
 
I couldn't find anything about G & Amoxicillin when I had to take it a while ago, but I took about 3 x 2.5ml doses daily and I felt no ill effects, although I obviously can't say if it actually damaged any internal organ/s temporarily or permanently.

Never heard of any interactions.

Brokenbrain; the risk of acidosis from GBL seems to be incredibly rare, even when taking for years on end. I wouldn't worry about that.
 
Have had a sore throat for the last week from two days of hammering and not diluting the G. Now it hurts everytime I swallow and I'm afraid to do any more G in case I aggravate it. Anything I can do to make this go away faster?
 
I always do the dose in one gulp, then neck a chaser straight after. Never had a problem with sore throats or anything, but it did feel like it was aggrivating my swollen wisdom tooth the last time I drank it. I'd watch out if you've got similar cuts or anything in your mouth as it seems to make it worse very quickly.
