Misc GBL in the UK

Does anyone know what the legal implications are for ordering GBL cleaning products in the UK? It appears there are sites that sell these products with an disclaimer letter required but these all seem to have been reported as scam sites.
magic-cleaner and topcleaner for example.
 
We don't allow discussion about sources here, scam or otherwise.

As for your question, I don't have any idea about UK law.
