GBL in Florida

I know that haveing possesion of gbl for human consumption is illegal. My question is what if the gbl was going to be used to remove paint from the floor and walls of my house. Any help with this is appreciated.
 
Say you are going to make "non-toxic" nail polish remover. It has been used for this purpose.
I think florida is hard on GHB and its kin. I believe its the only state where 1,4-b is illegal.
 
This is the US, the law is a gray area, it probally wont work. A court will be able to get you convicted in a drop of a hat unless you are 65 years old or have a lot of money for a lawyer.
