Ok supposing that my evil pet monkey decided to order 1-5 kg of GBL from an overseas supplier.
I have a feeling that even 1kg would be risky?
That's a lotta stuff.
Any tips or info for my evil monkey?
 
Sounds like a fun idea but depending on where you live, you may have difficulty getting it into your country. I know that there are many places located in Canada that are not allowed to ship to Canada.
You would also want to get some kind of guarentee so that if your package is intercepted you could try to get another one sent or get a refund.
