Exactly. PNP or using meth and other drugs and having unprotected sex with friends, random people, whoever has been happening for decades ever since people first started using amphetamines/meth, or going to bars and getting drunk and hooking up with people.

In the United States at least, some sociologists/sexologists seem to think that PNP means only using meth, and that it's mainly only done by LGBT people who live in urban areas; but it's unprotected/risky sex with anyone and lots of people do it while drunk or stoned, or on other drugs besides meth, and people all over do it. When I lived in a completely rural area people did it there; but it's as you said meth and other drugs are everywhere.

Most gay men I have met that are into the whole drug scene don't call weed a pnp drug (I hate the word pnp its so fucking dumb but that's a separate issue ). When someone says let's PnP there's like 5 Main letters that come to mind. T G K E C. PnP usually refers to drugs you can use a letter of the alphabet to represent if this makes any sense.

Yes some people apparently do have sex on disassociative drugs like PCP, K, etc. I have never used any of those but I know people who are LGBT and heterosexual who have had sex on them.

That's a fucking mindfield for consent issues. I really hope everyone involved is clearly negotiating before things get started.

I do love my dissociatives, but after trying it out a couple times while having sex I was a little disappointing. Iono, it does add a really cool (what-I-can-only-describe-as) vibe to the scenario, but if you use too much it takes too much lot away from the sensation of touch IMHO. That is rather important to foreplay and copulation, I would think. I can totally see how some would enjoy it though. I mean I def kinda did.
