Gastroenteritis? Laxative cutting? Opioid WD? or Kratom...

So last night I started to have frequent and violent diarrhea I first though it was the coke line one of my friend gave me that was heavily cut with laxative. But at some time in the morning I started getting nauseous and vomitted. After that I waited until the drugstore open and I bought a box of Loperamide and a box of Ranitidine. I than thought meaby it is opioid withdrawal but Im not really there yet Im still taking AH-7921 and Im switching to Kratom to help. Then I tought meaby the kratom was infected with a virus from Indonesia causing Gastroenteritis.

With Loperamide I stopped having to go toilet every 15 minutes and the Ranitidine helped me eat a little bit today. But even if I took 3 pills of Loperamide my "stool" is still 98% liquid.

Theres so many possibility but I really feel like I have a Gastroenteritis. Sometime I get burp and I smell a familiar sick odor.

I really dont know what to think, could anyone give me some clue.

Ive been thinking since Ive used Kratom in the past and I know it cause constipation as well as the AH-7921, the Cocaine was most likely cut with laxative causing violent diarrhea. Secondly Im pretty sure AH-7921 cause stomach and intestinal irritation and/or damage which cause me to hardly support acidic and hard to diggest stuff. So I cant take kratom during this withdrawal.

Hopefully I have still 500 to 700mg of AH-7921 to continue my taper.

If you guys have any other idea about this please tell me.
 
the medical literature is full of case reports of kratom causing weird gastroenterological problems in people, i recommend avoiding the stuff.

and we know very little about ah-7921, it has not been studied clinically.

my advice is stop eating drugs and seek medical attention if your condition worsens
 
Actually Ive used Kratom for 1 year in the paste with no problem except constipation which is the opposite of what is going on. I did though stop taking Kratom. 6 pills of Loperamid doesnt stop the diarrhea.

About the AH-7921 I have to continue taking it since im tappering from a long term consomption. 3½ month. I had terrible symptoms last time I stopped taking AH-7921 but I didnt tapper. This time I am an its definatly not supose to be that bad at this point honestly.

Theres a lot going on in my stomach and intestine I hear a lot of weird sound. Anyway thanks for the reply. Ill try to deal it this, as theres nothing that bad right now since I can eat. Though Im losing water weight throught the diarrhea. Meaby I should look for some fruit with high vitamin and mineral content.
 
Im getting better... Kratom was probably the issue but I dont know why, Ive taken it for a year without any issue. Again its probably because AH-7921 is fucking scratch and cause intestinal and stomach damage.

well, since kratom is documented as being associated with all sorts of gastroenterological problems, and we have no data whatsoever on AH-7921, i would blame the kratom first. who knows why you were able to take it for a year and you're only now seeing problems, there could be a million reasons for why it didn't cause you problems then and is causing you problems now.

i don't think kratom is safe at all, poisonous shit tbph. i would advise being careful with that stuff just imho
 
I think I found the exact answer to the problem. Kratom have mixed µ activity agonist/antagonist.

Kratom contain <<Corynantheidine: μ -opioid antagonist, also found in Yohimbe. < 1% of total alkaloid content found in Kratom leaf.>>

So taking Kratom during you are taking full µ-agonist will cause precipitate acute withdrawal. It would be the equivalent of taking Suboxone while you are still taking Oxycodone.
