I recently aquired some 'Acid' off a friend of mine. The 'acid' itself was marketed as 'Ganesha' by the seller and some of my friends who'd recently tried some, all said effects were 'different' to a stock standard acid.

According to the seller, the liquid Ganesha he had used to drop on a Fruit Tingle as a dose, was very thick and 'gloopy', quite potent and a pinkish/orange odd colour.

Within half an hour of getting it, I'd already eaten one, and within another half an hour I started to feel a slight 'come up' feeling - sort of like a slight anticipation. By the time I got to a friends place, (roughly 40 mins after I first dosed), I was emerced in cloudedness and confusion, although there were many patches of clarity through the haze.

I started to become very easily confused and the visuals I was getting were extremely pronounced and almost nauseating to a point. It was extremely hard to concentrate and talking to my friends became an effort. Within 2 hours, I felt very heavy and sleepy, I was slurring my words and felt very bloated - like I wanted to burp, but couldn't.

The bloated feeling made me physically sick. That combined with the nauseating visuals and confusing made me feel ill. I decided to throw up in the hope that it would fix my ailling stomach; Trying to find the concentration to throw up was very hard, thus making me feel worse and even making me worry to a point.

I threw up, but after a while the feeling came back and I felt bloated again.

I sat back down on a chair and started to feel very very tired, almost like I wanted to pass out, to which I said to my friends "Guys, I feel like I'm dying..."
Which freaked them out, and in turn, made me freak out. Not a good feeling.

To cut a long story short, I ended up feeling a little better once I started talking and conversing with my friends, although the visuals didn't let up for many hours later.

I had trouble sleeping that night and all the next morning - I kept tossing and turning, and the patterns in my head were very full on and extremely distracting. By the next afternoon, I was feeling fine, although I was very tired, and the stupor that is associated with acid was still slightly present.

All in all, it was an odd night, although there were a few scary moments. (Contrary to the 'tranquil' nature of Ganesha)

But I'm curious as to what I actually took. It felt similar to Acid, and yet completely different to it, as agreed by my friends. Is any of this an insight to what I may have taken..?

Sadly they're going to lock this because speculative "what did I take" threads aren't allowed :(

^Gotta read the rules buddy; we don't do ID threads. If your in Melbourne, I'm sure it wasn't Ganesha though....:)

The reason we did this was because a wrong ID could mean a massive overdose on something unknown- such as, for exmaple, sayng DOB-Dfly is 2C-B-Fly. I thnk we've hopefully learned our lesson as to why attemptng to ID drugs by effects is pointless.

I see.

Well thats pretty much answered my question anyways - It probably wasn't Ganesha.
And I now know not post 'what did I take' threads.

A productive day had by all. :)

Why could this not have been Ganesha?

I don't see the point of a dealer selling something as Ganesha if it wasn't.... Especially if he could have just said this is some weird acid.

oh! Lol.... it could have been ordered from a manufacturer and imported into melbourne pretty easily, I assume... maybe word of it just hasn't gotten around to you yet.

I definitely wouldn't rule out the possibility of it being Ganesha.

It had some Ganesha trademarks about it - thick consistency and redish colour.

Although the effects of it seemed only half true.
