It's a currently running competition of sorts by Crazy 4 Cult. They are taking answers through email and I assume at the end of the alotted period (a month or so from now), the answers will be revealed. That was as much as I could ascertain from googling.

#8, i'm pretty sure is the Golden Snitch from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

My guess for #14, which i'm pretty sure is wrong, is the explosive gum from Mission Impossible.
