Get a house and fill it with drug addicts. each show pit them against each other, all competing for their DOC.
 
My God Is Better Than Your's! - Religious debate show where the host is an athiest physicist, who ask's questions regarding the logical errors of each religion. The audience votes via a laugh-meter, where the winner gets the least laughs in decibles multiplied by the percentage of the audience who follows their religion.

(I've seen this film, and sat through a Q&A with the writers/directors, and I'm still not sure if it's actually a real documentary, or a Spinal Tap style parody. Pretty damn funny, either way).
 
People that havent seen my squirrel issue, they havent seen issues th at are normal. Have fun lol.
 
"My big, fat disease"

Hidden camera show where three people are told that they have a debilitating illness. Camera's secretly follow them around as they deal with this emotional news and monitor their performance in 'chance' encounters which test their morality (ie: "will they do the right thing when they have nothing to live for?"). Viewers will vote for the most honest and worthy "patient" who will in turn recieve a cash prize.

The sting in the tail is that one of them actually does have a debilitating illness!
