hey everyone so for the past year i have been taking mdma in powder/crystal form on average once every week or 2 i would say. a couple months ago i've noticed that my rolls are lasting anly between 30-60 minutes tops, and not as intense as the first 10 or so times iv'e done it. im not sure if the stuff coming through my town is just really cut or something else. i've also tried taking a month even up to a month and a week off and it still dosnt last a couple hours like it used to. i've done the 5-htp and ever trick in the book to increase my serotonin levels. i feel like it is pointless for me to do now. is there any hope? or should i just call it quits?

Thanks for the question!

Call it quits for 2-3 months and let yourself recover the right way, which is- time.

You'll experience a good roll again so long as you stay positive and have the same quality product as your previous experiences.

Just as a basic heads up, you're really not supposed to roll that often at all. Minimum is a month or two waiting between rolls. Taking serotonin "boosters" is quite over rated compared to living a drug free lifestyle between rolls.

Yeah man you've overdone it and ruined the experience. However, it is not long-term and you will be able to roll again with time. Things that may catalyse the process of repair are: exercise, healthy meals and lots of exposure to sunlight. Just try to live as healthy as possible for 3 months minimum and try again with some good, tested product.

Best of luck

if its lasting only 30-60 minutes but a test kit and make sure its not methylone or some other bathsalt before you worry about how messed up your brain is, and if it is bathsalts consider yourself lucky that you havent been rolling that often with real mdma.

if it turns out to be real mdma, then you need to take a nice long break. at least 3 months, but a year or 2 would be better

Rolling every weekend or two is way too much! Give yourself 2-3 month break like someone mentioned above. Even go longer if you been doing this for awhile. If you keep it up you'll end up ruining the feeling in the long run. My breaks usually last 6-12 months between uses. And each one was just as good as the other. The longer you wait between rolling the better it will be.

Cheers
