Ok so I know that if you use gabapentinoids it gains tolerance very quick after the first couple of days using it recreationally but does it still give the therapeutic benefits after the first couple of days without increasing the dose?

Not really. If the effects are gone they're gone. The pain reduction is a direct result of the psychoactivity

I Had a different exp in my scenario when having it prescribed for my rls and it worked great even though yes tolerance did skyrocket quickly but not in the sense of it working but the feeling one once experience using it for a first time * euphoria * so to speak but I did fing the drug it self still help to work at prescribed dosage even after the " high" went away. And this was over a 2 months time frame and only upped the dosage once but the euphoria feeling was gone within a week or 2.

Pregabalin I mostly only used or recreational purposes but use it very little so a once dose of 600mg always hits the spots but like I said only use it like 4x a month. And currently I have 400mg x100 RX'D every month which currently also only use twice a week and mostly just for recreational purposes. 3200mg-4000mg has me smashed everytime. Weird.
