try it and find out? I'm sorry just seems like the most basic answer of all time. it might help some but not you, or vice versa. but with 2 weak drugs that have no possible way you could die why not just try it out and find the hell out

^ While you do make a valid point about the relative safety of the combo, bL is hear to provide information to people prior to use to prevent mistakes from happening, and so one can go into it more informed. Harm reduction is the name of the game here, and the dumbest and most dangerous questions are those that are never asked.
Never found it to be a particularly good combination. No synergy whatsoever personally. I would say the gabapentin was leaning more towards having a negative effect on my psyche when ingested with cannabis.
Some tend to disagree, and will claim the opposite. I for one, find that hard to believe since in the 10 or so years that I've been on gabapentin/pregabalin, I've found this combination distasteful. Then again, everyone's mileage varies.
In terms of harm reduction, I could safely say that it's a benign combination, apart from what's mentioned above in regards to mental effects which may vary between individuals.

Not a weed smoker but it works perfect for opiate withdrawl anxiety.

I used to take gabapentin two years ago. I use to combine it with everything, which was reckless and possibly dangerous now looking back. I know everyone reacts to substances differently but for me, gabapentin made smoking weed worse physically. I would pay attention to my heart rate more often than usual and start to worry about it and get a panic attack. For me gabapentin and weed made my anxiety way worse. I'm not sure if it is dangerous though.
