Gabapentinoids Gabapentin withdrawal

Phenibut, fluoro phenibut, and baclofen should all substitute to some degree for gabapentin (phenibut would probably come the closest).
OK, thanks I did order some Phenibut online and it came in the mail today. It looks legit it has Russian writing all over it and it’s in blister packs. The only question I would have is how much should I take?

People respond differently. Id start with a gram or less. Some people think that's on the high end of the dose range, but others think it's the low end. Taking too much can cause some pretty uncomfortable nausea and general drunken sloppieness.

Phenibut can take a long time to kick in, so definately wait a couple hours (at minimum) before taking more, as you don't want to overdo it.

It in some ways is more subtle than gabapentin, but there is enough similarity in its targets that it should be a decent bet.

In my experience (I'm prescribed Gabapentin for anxiety) the withdrawal from abrupt discontinuation of Gabapentin is really shitty. Everybody's different, but, if you do experience uncomfortable withdrawals from Gabapentin you're going to want to seek out something that acts on the GABA receptors (benzos, alcohol, pregabalin, etc.). I'm not a doctor but I've been through exactly what you're describing and I made absolutely sure that I wouldn't ever run out early again. At one point I told my prescriber to take me off the Gabapentin because of the withdrawals.
