Gabapentin withdrawal rage

So I've been taking gsbapentin for about a month. I decidede to take a tolerance break the other day. today I woke up feeling kinda normal. Take note, I took Tramadol the night before also. So half way through today I get this terrible Brian fog and get verying angry and irratated out of no where.

Any idea why this is happening? I only took 200mg of Tramadol the night before. I'm on 1200mg of gabapentin and day btw.

I just took my dose because I felt myself getting psychotic.

Update: Im starting to calm down a feel a LOT better.

I've been at the same dose of Gabapentin for a while now, and I take the same dose every day because I keep hearing pretty nasty stuff about the withdrawals. I've definitely noticed increased irritability if I go for a day or two without taking it.

Question guys... Have you noticed any memory impairment while taking the gabapentin? I was on it for a number of months (900mg a day) and I would have severe memory issues to the point of forgetting wtf I was talking about in the middle of conversations. Curious if this is common amongst you guys.
