GABA fiend?

Hey guys. Hello, I'm new!

I'm an alcoholic, who substitutes with diazepam every so often to "detox", usually for 2-3 months. Let the liver rest I spend a lot of my time (naturally, given my intake), sleepy - are there any other GABA-friendly drugs anyone can suggest that won't sedate so much?
