Tramadol does this for me. I can last literally hours since I have been using tramadol. 7 years later, tolerance to this effect doesn't seem to be too much of a problem, but I notice it a little tolerance to this sexual side-effect. I like this side-effect however.

And it's the complete opposite during withdrawal. I can only last 15 seconds (no...seriously...15 seconds) during any tramadol withdrawal.

Any opiate I've tried makes sex harder. I can't believe OCs actually make it easier for some of yall. Whenever I've been on tabs I, A) have trouble getting it up & B) have trouble busting after I do get it up then C) will be hot & sweating and shit the whole time wanting a cold glass of water more than I do the pussy. I don't even attempt anything sexual on tabs anymore, lol.
