Just a post for all those I've got speaking to on here and know my situation at the minute. I'm going to prison for a minimum of 4 1/2 years for conspiracy to supply class A. Thing is they didn't even have my phone just another girls texting me and others mentioning my name, then they had several numbers they believe were mine and linked me to one because of an old o2 statement I had in my room with that number on and in my name.

In the raid they found 3 supreme Es and some cash and it was cocaine they raided me for but with conspiracy you don't need to find actual product :! So yeah just want to apologise to anyone I may have been a cunt with I was no doubt on a comedown 8) I'll either be remanded next week or hopefully bailed another month before sentencing, but yeah just want to say best of luck to everyone and see you back in 2 years, can fill me in on what I've missed out on.

Gutted for ya mate. I guess teaches us all a lesson not to use mobiles for any activity. It's fucking ridiculous how they used circumstance to convict rather than hard evidence. War on drugs in full effect and your another victim of the stupidity of the system. What value is there to do what they have done for society. Fucking none.

Stay in touch and if you need any help or need to chat just shout.

Stay focused don't let yourself become a further victim of the system try to use the time you have away. If you get a chance to get qualified in something take it, it will give you focus and a goal.
 
Really sorry to hear that STC. As boa said try and use the time constructively to the best of your ability if you can.

Drug laws are fucking bullshit. Fuck the snooper's charter and fuck the police for raiding you.

Perhaps a reminder for people here to use encryption when engaging in nefarious activities.

Shit, all the best man. Terrible situation. Thats actually given me a kick up the ass not to use mobiles when talking about illegals

Encryption doesn't mean anything is they get your phone it only stops people intercepting it, the mad thing is they can only prove 5 text conversations but it's enough, conspiracy is fairly new and it's what they're doing everyone with because they don't need any hard evidence sadly... But eh it is what it is, use the gym, keep my head down, enrole on some courses so it shows willing etc and on the early release programme and in a cat D before I know it.

One bit of advice, don't use an iPhone, I knew that as it was that girls iPhone that did it and as for factory reset, doesn't mean jack s**t, they can still pull back everything.
 
You can use messenger apps like wickr which have end to end encryption as well as requiring a password to enter the app and self destructing messages.

Even Facebook messenger has end to end encryption with self destructing messages these days. If you press the + symbol to compose a new message in the top right there should be a switch with a padlock in it, slide that to the right to compose an encrypted message.

They can still drag it back up pal, it will be stored somewhere on the phone, plus the other person had to have that app and you could do everything right but someone could make the error, like in my case, I'm not saying I've done what I am being charged with but they only got me because of another girls phone messaging people mentioning the same name as mine and the odd text to a phone in my name. Not to mention like I said you can factory reset a phone and they can still pull back everything as it's still stored somewhere.

Best thing is to not use smart phones as they are too smart and a massive aid to them, anyone that uses a smart phone for that reason is an idiot, no questions, encryption schmyption it can eventually be found.

Not being a cunt just a word of advice from someone that has seen first hand.

Anyway if I get bailed again tomorrow I'm going to delete the thread as I'm sure most will have seen and don't want it to come across like I'm fishing for sympathy, just a heads up and to let those I've got speaking to know my situation and to apologise to anyone I may have come across a cunt with.

FWIW, I was caught up in - and charged with - conspiracy to supply class A's many years ago. They dropped the charges at the last possible moment and I walked. Which is amazing cos I actually wasn't part of any conspiracy to supply drugs of any class - whoulda thunk the system could (more or less) work now and then? Large numbers of people I knew at the time did go down though and a number of them used the time to totally turn their lives around. Doesn't sound for one minute that you need such drastic change but does at least suggest that something positive can come from even really, really shitty things.

Best of luck and hope you have a belter of a seasonal season =D<3=D

What they're doing everyone with now because they don't need to find product at all and didn't even have the phone they've linked me to it's all my co-accused phone that's done it, pissed off really, got a good barrister but still expecting to do time, only problem is my co-accused is a selfish self centred bitch and will do anything to look after herself and push the shit on me.
 
And yeah I know that in there I can do courses and get some qualifications and I will because I'll have more than enough time, but it is what it is ain't it, got all my family behind me and was me mum and dads house they raided, and they might even try take my car off me under POCA because me being old fashioned like to own things and not owe, but I suppose a 23 year old with an Audi RS3 is a rare sight, let alone actually owning it out right, shot meself in the foot getting it but I thought fuck it I want it and can get it, then hid the receipt and all that etc in the car so my mum and dad didn't see how much it set me back (part ex's my Audi S3 and made up the rest of the ££££ while they were in Spain hoping they wouldn't notice haha) but in hiding it from them the police then found the receipts etc which I could have done without.

You drive a nice car people will ask questions sometimes getting very wrong answers. Police are the worst, after all what have they got except the desire to knick anyone or anything that beats the system they follow so dearly.
