Time of year for the staff of the Australian Drug Discussion forum to wish all our posters, friends and lurkers a happy and safe holiday season.

May your silly season be full of parties, friends and fun. But if you choose to indulge in substances legal or otherwise over the holidays make sure your safe and responsible, we want all of you to return safe and well in the new years.

Test your pills, drink responsibly and know your limits.

I just want to add something to this message.

NSW police, over the holiday period will be conducting random drug tests in conjunction with RBT. If you blow .00 and they have any incling that your not sober, its off to the hospital for a blood test. They have always has this power, but this weekend is the first time I can remember that they are actively using it across the board.

I havent got a link online for a source, but I saw it about 5 times on the news yesterday.

Keep this in mind when planning your X-Mas and NYE transport arrangements. Though, you shouldnt be driving while under the influence anyway.

Over the last few days many of us might have whipped out our credit cards and racked up debt in shopping centres buying presents.

Now, over the next week, many of us may whip out the same cards to rack up something else.

Ponder if you will, that intangible dividing line between the excesses that society does and doesn't approve of... :\

Have big fun, take care and look out for your friends. :)
 
And remember, don't cut up lines with your drivers licence. If you get pulled over the cops are going to want to see it, and if they have to wipe a bunch of left over powder off to see your photo you might just get your car searched.

Use only ironic cards like your medicare card or your gym membership. Work employee cards are also good, especially if you hate your job. :)

Where was I when they were handing out the BL cards? :o

I like my medicare card, too, though I find they crack a little too easily when crushing aspirin and powders tend to collect in the numbers.

Merry Christmas Fry-d and all the staff at Aus Drug Discussion. I don't post here regularly but this forum is a favourite of mine, which I visit often. I really appreciate all your help and advice, and have a lot of respect for the mods here.
