Frustrating

So my neighbor and I used to do a lot of dope together then I ended up getting on Suboxone while he kept using, well he got on Suboxone about 2-3 weeks ago claiming he wants to get clean but also keeps using whenever he gets the chance which leads me to believe that he only got the Suboxone to take away the withdrawals when he doesn't have dope (this is only my conclusion, he could be legitimately trying to get clean for all I know), but his doctor drug tested him last time he went in and he failed.
He has an appointment to get a refill on his subs tomorrow and his doctor is going to test him again because he failed last time, he's been using heroin, crack, and benzos constantly for the last week though and has also been texting/calling me every time he gets high telling me how great his dope is, how high he is, etc. knowing that I'm trying to get clean, and it's really been frustrating me cause that just makes me want to go get dope.
Anyway, he wants me to pee in a bottle for him so he can have clean pee with Suboxone in it (cause I'm on subs and nothing else), but I honestly don't want to and am not going to because I want him to have consequences for his actions.

Is this wrong of me? Should I piss for him?
 
Do not take drug tests for others. Everyone has to take responsibility for their actions at some point. If he really wants to get clean, a failed test might be the kick in the arse he needs.

What is his test for? Work/parole?

EDIT: Oh I must have skipped over the part about his doc. Seems like it's all for show, but addiction is tricky. He might really want to be clean but doesn't have the willpower.
 
It kinda bothers me that he's using subs just to stave off the withdrawals while he can't get dope while other people are using it to legitimately trying to get clean. I just don't like the bad stigma that's being attached to Suboxone by people doing that.
 
I would say let him take the piss test on his own. I feel like you would just be enabling him to keep doing what he is doing. Sub can be an amazing thing for people going through what we go through. People who just use it as another high give it a bad name.
