Frustrating substances to work with

I would say ket is one frustrating substance to work with, after crushing the "crystals" I find the powder to be incredibly "sticky" and is always stuck to the card/ID. and the lines are really hard to get in line, without extra power all over next to them.

Also RCs because you need an (expensive) scale to accurately get the proper dosage, and the fact that a few mg off can make a big difference.

Try making BHO one day. shit is frustrating as hell to work with, it gets everywhere.
Pipe resin is a close second on the nasty scale.
Freebase tryptamines/phenethylamines.

weed can be sometimes, PCP because of dosing, I.V.ed drugs, extracting DMT, ketamine for the same reasons the OP stated, sometimes crushing pills(especially Adderall Xr beads)

Some time release pills such as DHC continus can be a nightmare to work with, especially if trying to defeat the modified release design of the pill.
