I've been noticing that people in the forum and the information available differ on fruit. In a diet for weight-loss, do you suggest that fruit be eliminated? Well, fruit like bananas are understandable- very high in calories and fat, but there are fruits without fat and I feel like eating fruit may be healthier in the long run for their vitamin content. What do you guys think?
I do understand that for a serious weight loss diet, if fatty fruits are a part of the diet, they can be cut out.
