I took kratom on tuesday and wednesday, then again on friday, and took suboxone today. Im also withdrawing from benzos so Im scared to go through opiate withdrawal along top. Is this enough to feel withdrawal if i were to stop for like 3 days?

I'm honestly not very familiar with Kratom. My experience with stronger opiates like heroin and oxycodone are that 3+ days of continuous regular use tend to lead to some type of withdrawals.

I wish i knew kratom's half life. I didnt feel any withdrawals on thursday the day i skipped.

Have you been physically addicted to opiates before?

Generally, it takes a few weeks of DAILY use of opiates to develop a physical dependence on them, at least the first time one develops said dependence. After the first time, however, physical dependence tends to build much more quickly, since your brain, in effect, already has learned how to become dependent. So, the second or third time around, you can become at least slightly physically dependent after just several days of consecutive use. It takes different amounts of time for different people, however.

You took a day off this week, though, and that should be enough to avoid becoming physically dependent. If you really want to be safe, limit your use to every other day or, better yet, every few days. The problem is that its hard to do this, especially when you have the drugs right there with you.

I've used kratom daily for a month and found there to be no withdrawal symptoms at all from it.... if that's the only 'opiate' you've been using there should be no problem.

Every person develops tolerance and dependency at different rates. It sounds like your usage has been pretty conservative, so I wouldn't worry too much. Palli gave you great advice...if you WANT to avoid addiction, try to limit your use as much as possible....either like the weekends, or at least every other day (or two). That will help tremendously with tolerance also, so you aren't finding that you need more and more to get the same high.

Yes - It's more likely to happen quickly when you use every day and constantly.
Let's take Heroin for example; It only takes 3-4 days of use until you start experiencing mild withdrawals.

I'd say that seeing as you've not been using every day and Kratom's active compounds aren't too strong, that at most you'll experience a tiny bit of "Meh-ness" - Maybe a bit of Depression, Lethargy and a tiny with of Anxiety, but even that is unlikely. And, as I mentioned, with 7-Hydroxymitragynine not being that potent, you should be alright.

The more likely culprit for you being likely to experience withdrawals is the Buprenorphine. But, the withdrawals (if you experience any) should be mild with that too as it has a long half-life and it will leave your system fairly slowly and gently.

So there's not much to worry about :)
