Hi BL members,

I'm so happy to be a member of BL now. By the way, I'm AEniti from Solomon Islands and I'm married with 3 kids. I came to know all about BL 3 years ago, 2014 from a Kiwi (NZ) man by the name of Mr Warren Sloss. Warren visited us on 2 weeks program he co-ordinated for our community policing team here in the Solomons which I am one of the participants and it was an amazing weeks of fun and learning of empowering young people. I hope to see him come back to our shores someday. If anyone knows him, can you pass our greetings from the Solomon Islands to Mr. Warren Sloss and told him that we want him to come again and visit us with any new things from BL to teach us.

Thanks for that piece of advice, I am new to this site and also new to this world of high tech as well. So tell me, is this site is good to join or not. I am kind of confuse since they introduce this site to me and I thought it is such a site that deals with problems solving but I show some bad emails sent in this site. Can you help.

I have been a member of this site since 2009 and have modded several sections - I have only ever heard of a few main problems and they have all been user based (trolls, people messing about etc).

If you use the normal level of security when posting online (don't openly share your specific location, your private contact details and/or anything you would not be happy with sharing in public) then the site is a great place to find information, share your experiences and have some fun at the same time.

We do have a greenlighter's guide that you can find here that may give you some basics on how forums work etc.

Overall though - I find the site a great place, I have access to the moderator section where problems and security measures are discussed and it is handled in a very professional manner.
