I am not doing IV so due to bioavailability 48mg is more like 20mg or something actually felt. As previously stated, the hydros were used because thats what was on hand.

I’d rather be drug free. Go down into the basement and look at all the awesome drugs I’ve become addicted to and to whose addictions I have overcome. The thought of having mismeasured my daily dose and like crawling down there with shit plastered to my leg and vomit on my chin because I went on a five day vacation to Ibiza by private jet with only a three day supply instead just sounds fucking miserable.

So now looking back on this, How did your taper work out? I get you are saying that it was sourced online but a lot of people don't want to risk the fed issue unless you are in a country where it is available like in Europe. Unfortunatly the U.S and Canada are screwed for anyone who likes opioids unless people start to make it known and stop buying all the synthetic garbage. Sorry for the tangent...How did it go though? I was surprised you used hydromorphone to taper as it doesn't last that long. I know you said you have the ER ones but I would be tempted to IV them and then it only lasts a few hours if you do it that way. I am surprised you didn't go with a cheaper substitute like methadone, ER morphine, or even those bs oxycodone ERs. All 3 last a long time if taken orally and its easy to taper off of and if you do it really slow, the withdrawal is manageable. I had tried with Methadone twice in the past and couldn't do it due to the chronic pain issue. If you don't have any med issues where you would need it then I totally think its a great idea and I hope it went well my friend!
