Am I alone here with this one?

I have lost many people over the time on Heroin, some to long jail, some to death & the others have got sober & moved miles away so my Social Circle has got way smaller since I began on Heroin. I was sick over the last few days (withdrawl) & my mind was thinking all the people left I call friends are in Truth nothing but people I meet up with when scored & we do some H then say our Goodbyes & wonder off into the distance till one of us has an issue trying to score or some other issue comes up which is always related to dope & we meet up, in terms of actual people I am Social with I have nobody, literally the very few people who I speak to used to be friends like a "normal person" has but now our connection is PURE 100% Dope based & nothing more.

Am I alone here or do others have this issue too?

I had a friend who I used to do drugs with. We started out as middle school buddies and then after high school we became sort of drug buddies. Luckily we always had more than drugs holding us together in those days.
