Opioids Friend of mine gets very sick after using opiates

I used to do heroin with a girl who had the same problem. She could take any opiate and get high (and love it!), but after 8-12 hours it was was like withdrawal was setting in. She'd feel cold, nauseous and shaky for the next day or so.

It was strange, but I chalked it up to differences in body chemistry. I thought maybe she was precipitating the remaining withdrawal-symptoms from her years-old Oxycontin habit.

Have you checked her pupils when the flu-thing starts to kick in? If it's withdrawal-related then her pupils will certainly dilate.

Are you serious? E with heroin in it? That is just an urban myth, bro... No E pills actually have heroin in them. The bioavailability of heroin taken orally is so low , and they can't fit very much at all in an E pill in the first place. It makes absolutely no sense..

It felt really good & I was told it was cut with heroin, of course it could all have been a lie. I have never taken x that felt like that. Im 100% sure now that there was some kind of opiate in that x pill because how I felt on it. The design on the pill was tweety bird with brown specks in it.

I agree with a few of the above posts. For some reason I have a very strong tolerance to opiates (my first opiate use was an oxy 80 that I snorted in high school, I felt fucking awesome, but couldn't walk straight). I found out that other members of my family were similar. My grandfather was in the hospital getting surgery, afterwards they hit em with IV morphine over 20 times, a doctor had to authorize it, I think he was actually amazed, they put over 100mg morphine in him and he got right up after that and walked around like nothing. Same thing with his daughter (my mother). So maybe it's just genetics? Some people can handle absurd ammounts of stuff (myself included, at one point I was snorting over 15 Opana 40mgs a day to get by working at the factory I worked at). That was one expensive habit man, but damn fun.

I say it's just genetics.

To the OP:

I actually have developed this exact same problem. I'm a fairly experienced opiate user with an extensive history of other drug use, primarily meth and ecstasy, but I definitely dabbled in practically everything else you can think of...and some you probably wouldn't!

Perc's are my favorite opiate for whatever reason, although in the last couple of years, even those have become nearly intolerable. I tend to stomach it best if I do small bumps here and there. I can slowly build my high without going past what I like to call the "wall". It's a point in my high that I just can't go beyond without getting horribly sick. It's strange.

I've just started doing Oxy in the last couple of months and find that I have an especially hard time judging where my "wall" is compared to perc's. Obviously snorting is my preferred method, but the Oxy seems to take forever to really kick in, and I bump more, thinking I'm still cool, but then the high comes charging full blast. I feel great while it's going and can even go to bed feeling fine, but 8-16 hrs later I'm barfing my guts out and feeling like I have the flu!!! It almost feels like withdrawal, but I really don't know if that's possible.

I always feel good after the opiate effects are gone. Never had a bad comedown. Some people, obviously, don't do well with opiates in general, even in lower doses. Others seem to be especially naturally tolerant to their effects. Perhaps she does too much, but who knows.
