holy shit thats so weird! that happens to me too. ALL the time. i will be just sitting typing (like i am right now) and its as if someone is listening to headphones in the next room. i will hear almost inaudible music playing 75% of the time i am awake.

ive just learned to ignore it though.
i tried to focus on it once and i swear it was the song paint it black.

WOOOAHHH you can hear actual songs in it too?!?!
LOL omg everybody, EVERYBODY i've told about this just says i'm crazy!! "you shouldn't be hearing things on E, you're probably just crazy!" AAHHH good to know i'm not....
or maybe we're just both crazy

i think its irresponsible to roll on ANY anti-depressants.
if you are taking anti-depressants, it probably isnt a good idea to take a drug that fucks with your serotonin.

i really dont think this is just me that thinks this

I think it's ignorant to think that all anti-depressants combined with ecstasy can be a problem.

I don't frankly care how many minions have the same opinion.

This isn't the topic of this thread anyway, my questions were concerning my friend's situation.

No no, I hear songs also, My girlfriend also had the brainzaps when we used to them every weeked, It fades away after awhile trust me.

it's funny because i can get a body rush (not as intense of course) just by thinking about the whole rolling feeling. Like if i'm listening to techno and close my eyes thinking about lightshows, i can get a full body rush and goosebumps, personally i like it. i can see how some people wouldn't, but i like being able to 'remember' a feeling from rolling.

Yea... the last time(almost a month) i rolled, the next few days were pretty shitty... it was my first time doin' 3, doubtful i'll do it again... But yea, its just the side effects, something i like to call autopilot, and don't worry, it'll go away, just be careful the next time, maybe only do half.
peace, Epill

That type of stuff happens sometimes it will go away and it wont always be like that everytime he rolls. its just part of the down side. Its not to unusual to get a rush here and there. He might also be making it sound worse than it really is, i have a friend that does shit like that.

hah i aint a doctor of any kind but i really think flashbacks are just people thinking to much bout drugs...

i have been a huge drug bucket for 11+ years and never had anykind of flashback.. i have been in states of mind that reminded me of drug use tho..

is that what you folks is calling flashbacks nowadays?

"is that what you folks is calling flashbacks nowadays?"

lol, not quite.. I do believe it's possible my friend was exaggerating the feelings (as well as possibly attributing any weird body sensations to his pill use) but it still seems really bizarre that he stayed up an entire night.

I tried suggesting that a lot of it could be psychological, and that he was only psyching himself up and all that, but the kid insisted it was more than that.

It's VERY possible that a lot of it has to do with finding one 'scapegoat' (something to pinpoint) and just filtering all weird behaviour as a result of his drug use. He's inexperienced with drugs, so I suppose that fear also played a huge role. Obviously, he wouldn't admit that.

I don't know; since then, the problems have ceased.

Thanks to all who responded!

I dont think this counts as flashbacks but usually 2 days before I plan to attend a massive, I cannot sleep a wink...and the 2 days prior I am a little...not jittery...but hyper and cannot stop thinking of the weekend...I think its just my anticipation for the massive but it ALWAYS happens. I wouldnt call it pleasant at all cuz I do try to force myself to sleep and stop thinking of it.

That's ecstacy for ya. In my experience: Get used to it. Since I've been using heavily (2+ years ago) at least once a day I get a sensation in my thighs that feels like my cellphone is vibrating. Of course there are always no calls, no text, no messages. And I check every single time because thats exactly what it feels like. Very weird.

But I think most of those side effects your friend experienced were from lack of sleep and lack of eating. That's usually what plagues me anyways. If I'm able to get a decent amount of sleep and can get something in my stomach after rolling then I usually dont experience those nasty side effects (at least not as bad.)

I feel the exact same thing especially while driving in the car listening to music ill think my phone is ringin but nothing. then at times my phone will ring and i wont hear/feel it

I took 3 white ladies about a week ago(MDMA/MDA combo) and i still get some E visuals. I guess its a form of HPPD.
