friend got caught with oxycodone

I really need to see if anyone knows about this stuff. Last night the police found 30 oxycodone pills in my friends car im not sure what he was doing ith them but i think hes been taking them but when the police asked him what he was doing with them he told them that they were mine, i do have a perscription for them but i take them for my back pain since i dont want to have surgery thats my only other option but my question is he gave the cop my # to call me and ask me if i left any in his car by mistake and he never called me and asked but he told my friend that he did call and i said they wrent mine which never happen. Should i be worried about the police trying to spy on me and think im selling them (which im not at all)? And what do you think will happen to my friend since its his 1st offense ever and i really dont think he was trying to sell them but i could be wrong but i do think he has been taking them and i told him he doesnt want to start taking these pills unless he really has to and he doesnt need to cause he is in no pain. Thanks for helping me out ive just been real paranoid today about all this and when i found out he told them they were mine and gave them my # i really have been stressed out cause i honestly am not doing anything illegal with these pills and i dont want to be looked at as if i am.
 
I think that this might be better suited to legal discussion, this forum is for pill testing questions on behalf pillreports.com, i.e. MDMA.

Only advice would be to tell your 'mate' to go to hell.
 
Calm down and learn to use periods and capital letters at the begining of sentences. That said, you didn't do anything. If the cops were gonna call you or do anything, they probably would have done it by now, most likely on the spot. The only exception would be if they gave the case to a detective to work and they wouldn't do that for 30 pills. I think this is over, but if for some bizarre reason it does come up again, you can do 1 of 2 things. tell the cops they were yours and that you have a script and accidently left them in your friends car or you could tell them the truth and say you do have a script, but those weren't your pills. Either way, you did nothing so don't worry about it.

As for your friend, for a 1st offense he will probably just get probation, maybe a fine and some drug classes or community service, no big deal unless he gets charged with intent to sell, which I don't see happening.

Lastly, this should be in the legal forum, this forum is for testing pills for MDMA.

P.S. Your "friend" is an asshole for getting you invovled. I would take that into account if the cops do ever ask you about it.
 
Actually if charged I know that its a felony...but the cops are so iffy who knows.
 
Just don't carry any more on you than you have to at a time. Don't give them out to anyone. If the cops so much as get you to admit to giving one to a friend for a back ache, they'll try and come down on you hard.

But you've done nothing wrong, so I don't think there's any need to worry. Just don't tell people you've been given the prescription, don't keep them in plastic bags, and for fuck's sake, get some better friends.

Not only will you lose your script for good, they will charge you with Intent to distribute. Trust me.

And your friend is a cock, if the cops question you; tell them the truth; and in the mean-time cut ties with that prick "friend" of yours.
